My client, Turtle Pants Farm , wanted to update their logo to represent their organization more efficiently. In their words " the logo doesn't represent what we do." I took their problem and created a solution by analyzing what their mission is, identifying their target audience, and listening to their goals. Read through my process below!
The Problem:
Turtle Pants Farm is "a recognized 501c3 all species animal rescue and sanctuary,
offering sanctuary and potential adoption to species ranging from
cats and chickens, to donkeys and cows." Their logo needed to represent their love for animals and the inclusivity of all species. The logo they previously had did not accomplish this goal.
My Solution:
The logo includes many species of animals, per their request, all interacting with one another. I wanted the logo to show what their farm could do for others: A safe and peaceful place for all species to stay. It also represents an opportunity for the community to give many different animals a home. The green colors were chosen because of their previous color scheme, I felt they matched their welcoming theme. The new logo I created allowed them to create new merch to raise money for their organization and to effectively advertise their organization.
